central spot with great access

central location friendly staff

the hotel provided easy access to the train station i did walk there with no problems. the location was central making trips into town easy. i did find many restaurants and cafes around. the staff at reception seemed helpful and friendly .

the walls felt thin and i did hear some external noise. it was especially noticeable because my room faced the roads so the traffic was heard. it wasnt busy during the night but it still was a bit annoying.

breakfast included a coffee machine and it did make various coffee types i did like. the breakfast selection was not very diverse though it was prepared well. there was care put in making breakfast .

The reception staff was helpful and friendly. They offered assistance. i asked for adaptors and they were sorted out quickly for me. they were also accommodating with my request for a late checkout. This was a big plus.

the hotel offered a waiting room, allowing me to leave my bags. this was helpful as i got there earlier and wanted to explore the town freely. there was also a separate room with a lock for storing luggage after checkout.

mixed feelings about my stay

excessive noise limited breakfast

the location was acceptable, close to the train station and the city center.

The noise was excessive. My room faced the road, and i heard traffic all night long. the breakfast was also limited. I found the variety lacking and not worth the price. it was quite upsetting

central location friendly staff modern room limited breakfast thin wall plastic curtain

the location is just perfect it is super close to all the main attractions i had no trouble getting around i especially liked being able to walk to the piazza bra in just a few minutes the staff was really helpful and friendly i got some great tips for local spots they really made me feel welcome the room was very clean and modern i especially liked the air conditioning it made my stay so much more comfortable

the breakfast was a bit limited i was hoping for a wider variety of options it was still okay but not amazing the walls seemed pretty thin i could hear some noise from the hallway it was a bit disruptive at times the shower had a plastic curtain i would have preferred a proper shower cabin it felt a little cheap

Charming Stay Near the Arena

ideal location large room thorough cleaning

The location was ideal. It was within walking distance of the train station and the arena. Everything else was equally accessible. My room was large. It was cleaned thoroughly every day, including the bathroom.

The breakfast was very limited. It lacked variety. The coffee and juice were watered down. I found this disappointing.
